He’s a hard-working, West Texan through and through, who isn’t afraid to roll up his sleeves and get to work. While school finance can be a heavy lift, Tex has the ability to break down complex school finance into easy-to-understand facts and figures. Think of him as our chief financial mechanic, ensuring every dollar is firing on all cylinders.
